Legal Secretary Assistant The candidate will handle all administrative responsibilities including answering telephones, conducting client intake via telephone and in-person, communicating with court and judicial staff, sending/receiving correspondence via e-mail, mail and fax, preparing and filing legal documents, maintaining files, and scheduling/maintaining the calendar for the attorney. Must have excellent telephone skills as the job duty will require you to answer the telephone for the office and obtain information for the attorney regarding new and existing clients. Must have excellent typing skills and proficiency using Microsoft Word. Secretarial experience in a law firm, office setting or experience with legal documentation; Strong writing skills; Professional phone and email etiquette; Detail-oriented, organized, punctual; Dedication to personal growth.
