Paralegal The candidate's duties include: Manage a family law caseload from inception to closing of the case; Draft documents (Petitions, Decrees, Motions, Orders, Discovery Requests and Responses, etc.); Assist attorneys to prepare for depositions, hearings and trial; Docket deadlines; Coordinate hearings, mediations, etc.; Maintain client files and discovery documents; General office duties as required. 3+ years experience (would consider sharp 2+ year candidate) required. A sincere desire to assist clients and attorneys required. Professional demeanor and excellent client communication skills - both written and verbal required. Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and OneDrive) Adobe Acrobat DC, and ProDoc required. Excellent typing skills required. Knowledge of court system and experience with E-filing required. Experience with Timeslips preferred.
