Site Inspection Coordinator/Paralegal The candidate will coordinate and oversee inspections of condominium and townhome projects that are being inspected and tested by legal and construction professionals. Coordinator position is predominately field located on construction sites and homeowner communities throughout the state. While on site are expected to recognize, evaluate and properly resolve unique problems or situations as they occur. Will also include various office assignments. Preparation of written and electronic reports pertaining to each site.
Qualifications: Law firm experience needed. Bilingual in Spanish a plus. Must be highly motivated, assertive and reliable. Proficiency in MS office is required. Require significant attention to detail, accurate documentation of observations and thorough updating of paperwork on a daily basis. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required to maintain effective customer service relationships with clients, the public and the firm. Significant travel is required.
