Paralegal - Personal Injury The candidate will be drafting pleadings, discovery responses and communicate directly with clients. Will be opening cases, and handling them from inception to trial. Facilitate communication between attorney and client. Drafting Summons and Complaint Bill of particulars, responses, demands, RJIs, NOIs, etc. Trial discovery, 3122, 3101, 4532, etc. Should have experience in handling large personal injury caseload. Must have 2+ years of experience. Proficiency in typing and Microsoft Word is a must. Experience with Smart Advocate, Trial Works a plus.
