Denver office seeks part-time temporary patent and trademark department assistant preferably with previous IP law firm experience. The candidate will provide a variety of administrative support duties to legal secretary staff as requested; pick up and deliver photocopy projects to the copy center and/or secretary; photocopy and deliver finished project according to schedule; prepare indexes or labels for file projects as requested; assist with overflow filing and typing projects as requested; scan documents; deliver new client folders; proofread documents; and may be requested to perform other duties. HS diploma or GED equivalent; ability to type 40 wpm; ability to work independently and adhere to time schedule; ability to effectively work with all levels of personnel; and good communication skills required. PC skills are a plus.
