Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have at least two years previous paralegal experience (preferably with a personal injury firm). Civil litigation experience (court procedures, knowledge with trial calendar, discovery experience is a plus) is mandatory. Position includes general paralegal duties and supporting a team of attorneys handling various types of personal injury cases - car accidents, sexual assaults, wrongful deaths, slip and falls, dog bites, etc. Must be fluent and well-spoken in English AND Spanish. Also must have excellent interpersonal communication skills and be able to succinctly yet adequately convey details related to multiple cases to various personnel (attorneys, paralegals, intake specialists, victim advocates, etc.). Additionally, candidate must be trustworthy and discreet cases can involve highly sensitive and confidential information, and our clients privacy must always be protected.
