Paralegal/Immigration Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for a full range of business-related immigration matters. This position will work directly with the Firm's Immigration Attorneys and Senior Immigration Paralegal to provide full-cycle production for a range of business-based immigrant and non-immigrant petitions. This will include direct client contact and independent preparation of applications and other immigration forms for attorney review. 2 years of paralegal experience in-house or in a law firm setting, preferably in business immigration law is required. Must have advanced experience working with Microsoft programs and legal docketing software. Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred. Ability to interact in a professional and courteous manner with clients and employees at all times; professional appearance required. Ability to successfully perform position requirements with excellent organizational, time-management and prioritization skills required.
