Associate Attorney - Real Estate The candidate will contact clients to go over new Real Estate contracts. Meet with clients to review documents, draft documents or sign documents, as needed. Provide legal guidance and support throughout the clients transactions, as needed. Attend Real Estate closings on behalf of Seller, Buyer or Mortgage lending clients for both residential and commercial Real Estate transactions. Admittance to the state bar required. Should preferably have 1+ year of experience as a practicing Real Estate attorney.
