Tax, Trusts, and Estates Attorney The candidate should have 8+ years of experience to join its tax, trusts, and estates practice, serving wealthy individuals and their families as well as fiduciaries in connection with estate planning, trust, and estate administration, and individual and fiduciary income tax, gift tax, and estate tax return preparation. Relevant experience should include drafting complex estate plans with an understanding of provisions driven by tax and other considerations, trust and estate administration including familiarity with the probate process and preparation of trust and estate accountings, and tax reporting and return preparation. LL.M. in taxation and/or CPA designation is strongly preferred. Must be highly motivated, possess strong quantitative skills and an eye for detail, and be committed to providing our clients with service of the highest quality.
