Litigation Attorney The candidate will work in the general liability department and is preferred to have at least 3+ years of experience as an attorney. The attorney must be barred in the State of Delaware. The attorney will work both independently and as part of a team that includes two other attorneys in the Delaware office. Trial experience and experience in handling medical negligence cases is preferred but is not required. Salary is commensurate with experience. Must be engaged in the defense of civil trial litigation.
