IP / Trademark Paralegal The candidate will join high-profile branding, trademark, and copyright practice group. Will work with all members of the team to assist with global trademark prosecution, registration and enforcement. Should have a background in intellectual property law, branding and online content. Must have 3+ years of trademark prosecution paralegal experience at a top law firm. Should have in-depth knowledge and experience with USPTO filings for trademark applications/registrations. Experience in coordinating domestic and foreign filings is required. Should have strong communication skills for communicating with clients and counsel in other countries. Must have experience with trademark filings via the Madrid Protocol. Experience with domain name registration and maintenance is needed. Should have experience with TTAB filings. Experience with using trademark docketing software systems, preferably CPi Trademark Management is required. Should have Bachelor's degree. ABA-approved paralegal certificate required. Experience in conducting trademark clearance searches using Saegis/Serion is a plus. Experience screening watch notices and other policing of trademarks is a plus.
