Seeking Debt Finance Attorney with 1-3 years of finance experience at a comparable law firm are especially encouraged to apply. Candidate must have a JD or the equivalent and have demonstrated high academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school, have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and have a high level of attention to detail. Must have (i) experience in secured transactions representing borrowers and/or lenders; (ii) a working knowledge of syndicated financing transactions, financing transactions for venture backed companies, acquisition financing transactions and convertible or high yield bond offerings; (iii) experience in closing transactions and (iv) familiarity with drafting documents in connection with financial transactions. Knowledge of Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code, secured transactions, debt securities offerings, and general corporate law are also preferred.
