Schedule and take notes for Diversity Strategy Committee (DSC) meetings and all DSC subcommittee meetings, Diversity Partner Recruiting Committee (DPRC) meetings, and other meetings, as necessary. Assist Diversity and Inclusion Manager with all affinity group communications, budgeting, tracking, coordination, and event planning. Also, manage the creation of the Annual Affinity Group brochure. Act as resource to Director of Diversity and Inclusion, Diversity and Inclusion Manager, and Marketing department by providing diversity-related information relating to diverse attorneys as requested from clients and external organizations sponsoring surveys and awards. Work with the Director of Diversity and Inclusion regarding diversity awareness. Help promote diversity and inclusion initiatives, events, and policies.
