Family Law Paralegal The candidate' must have 7 years of experience as a family law paralegal (More experience? Great! Tell us about it. We prefer more experienced paralegals.); Should have knowledge of family law litigation and in-depth knowledge of at least 1-2 local Bay Area rules. Should have experience with sophisticated, high asset cases and litigation; Ability to ready pleadings for filing, organize document productions, prepare declarations of disclosure, calendar deadlines via court rules, and get attorneys ready for trial. Should have outstanding communication skills, especially with attorneys and clients. Excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic, solid written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
