Legal Secretary The candidate will handle a variety of administrative responsibilities in a growing law firm; must have the ability to work proactively and demonstrate strong professional communication skills along with an eagerness to learn; Must have 2+ years legal secretary experience; must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily; must be a seasoned administrative professional supporting attorneys practicing in civil litigation; experience supporting attorneys practicing workers compensation and insurance defense is a big plus; Must have demonstrated ability to succeed in a busy environment while multi-tasking; Must have computer proficiency including MS Office including Excel, Outlook and proficient skills navigating the Internet; i-Manage experience is a plus.
