Law Firm Seeking Full-Time Family Law Paralegal Hoffman, Larin & Agnetti, P.A., a 40-year law firm, is seeking a full-time Family Law Paralegal. Our mission is to provide the best representation for our clients while providing a supportive, collaborative work environment for our staff. Job Description We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in Family Law and must be able to handle multiple tasks. Responsibilities: Discovery: Collecting and organizing legal documents, filing with the court, and responding to requests for information. E-Filing: Preparing and filing documents electronically. Setting Hearings and Motions: Scheduling hearings and motions with the court. Client Contact: Communicating with clients, attorneys, and other parties. Calendar Management: Maintaining the attorney's calendar and ensuring deadlines are met. Case File Management: Keeping case files organized and up-to-date. Spanish Speaking: Ability to speak Spanish is a plus. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in Family Law Strong work ethic Excellent organizational skills Attention to detail Ability to multitask Excellent communication skills Compensation The pay for this position is $23.00 - $27.00 per hour.
