Paralegal The candidate will be preparing and tracking subpoenas, reviewing and summarizing medical records, employment records and third-party vendor records and written discovery responses. Trial preparation experience is beneficial. Should have 5-10 years of experience in assisting on insurance defense matters with emphasis on habitability cases, toxic tort, class action and general liability matters. Excellent attention to detail, strong writing and analytical skills, and be able to work efficiently and independently.
