Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will be assigned approximately 100 files. Must be extremely organized and able to handle a substantial caseload. Most of the cases involve car accidents, as well as slips and falls, dog bites, and workers' compensation cases. A typical day will be speaking with our clients on the phone that have been injured in some injury-producing accident, collecting medical records and medical bills, and negotiating personal injury claims (mostly motor vehicle accident claims) to conclusion. Must have strong writing and verbal skills. Should have 3+ years of experience working in a law firm. Must have 3+ years of experience working on personal injury claims.
