Corporate Associate Attorney The candidate will be advising corporate clients on business and tax matters including mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and contracting work, and other business transactions. Must have a Washington State bar license. Should have 3+ years of experience with business and/or tax. Provide legal support to senior attorneys by drafting, analyzing and interpreting agreements, contracts, memoranda of law, and legal documents. Research and analyze complex issues of fact and law. Assist with entity formations. Strategize and negotiate solutions for clients, including but not limited to issues involving corporate finance, secured transactions, merger, acquisition, and corporate governance. Should have excellent research, writing and analytical skills. Must team oriented, while remaining self-motivated. Should have attention to detail. Display of ownership with job responsibilities.
