Legal Secretary/Administrative Assistant Duties: Support small law firm focused on family law/domestic relations, civil litigation, and criminal defense. Responsibility for generating monthly bills to clients; Greeting clients; Answering and directing telephone calls; Managing incoming/outgoing correspondence; Establishing and maintaining case files; Calendaring and monitoring deadlines; and General administrative tasks such as typing, copying, scanning etc. Qualifications: Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and Sage TimeSlips is required. A professional demeanor with excellent organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and an eye toward problem-solving.
