Associate / Attorney - Commercial Litigation The candidate will have responsibilities in all aspects of the litigation including types of matters will include breach of fiduciary duties, breach of contract, real estate litigation, commercial leasing disputes and other general commercial litigation matters. Will be responsible for drafting pleadings, discovery, briefs and motions, taking and defending depositions, court appearances and trial work. Must have 3+ years of litigation experience. Must be admitted in MD and DC.
