Commercial Bankruptcy And Creditors Rights Staff Attorney The candidate will involve in use of both state and federal court filing systems and the ability to determine procedures used therein. Must have the ability to search public records, to analyze and summarize information, and to prepare drafts of routine correspondence and pleadings independently for review by attorneys. Must be able to handle multiple projects at the same time and be willing to work overtime on frequent occasions. Should have basic knowledge of real estate and title issues is a plus and the position may include commercial mortgage foreclosure. Must possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and oral and written communication skills. Must have a law degree from an accredited law school, but may join the Firm as a paralegal prior to Alabama bar licensure.
