Litigation Paralegal Duties: Manage, organize and maintain assigned case files. Conduct electronic bates-stamping, redaction, indexing of documents. Coordinate document productions in paper and electronic form. Organize and assemble documents for motion practice, filing court papers including electronic filing. Assist in trial preparation. Utilize reference databases and summary of all medical records and case documents. Manage trial databases and document management programs. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: A bachelor's degree, paralegal certification and 5+ years of experience as a civil litigation paralegal is preferred. Develop and maintain system for ongoing cases and inform attorney(s) of pending dates and deadlines. Exemplary research and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and outstanding organizational ability to prioritize and complete high volume work with tight deadlines. Proficiency with MS Office and document management applications required.
