Bankruptcy Paralegal The candidate should have strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience inputting and filing Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy petitions, drafting and responding to motions. Familiarity with Chapter 13 post-confirmation work is a plus. Must have working knowledge of the Chapter 13 bankruptcy process including the ability to analyze Chapter 13 Plans and claims. Must be proficient at ECF filing and use of Best Case and must be knowledgeable with applicable bankruptcy court filing requirements. Must have strong communication skills.
