Litigation Paralegal The candidate should preferably have 3+ years of experience in the areas of product liability, general tort, insurance defense, and premises liability. Healthcare litigation experience a plus. Must have experience reviewing and summarizing medical and other related records, summarizing depositions, as well as strong document management experience. Strong knowledge and experience with drafting discovery and subpoenas required. Should also have strong technical and database skills and pre-trial and trial experience. Document management experience is needed. Should have knowledge of state and Federal court rules, as well as working knowledge of eFiling. College degree, ABA-approved paralegal certificate or experience equivalent required.
