Litigation Legal Secretary The candidate will creates, edits, formats and proofreads documents, spreadsheets and presentations. Will prepares legal documents for court filing and electronic filing. Will promptly responds to attorney requests via written, verbal or electronic communication. Will effectively and efficiently manages work and information requests, including document management, scheduling and coordination of Firm resources. Will helps attorneys and team members apply new technology to improve efficiency and quality of work product, Hands off work with detailed instructions to team members so that the work product is not compromised, Smoothly handles multiple demands and shifting priorities across all Firm offices. Maintains Extranet data and FTP sites for attorneys and clients The candidate should have High school diploma degree. Should have Associate or Bachelors degree. Should have 5+ years of legal secretarial and customer service experience, 10+ years of legal secretarial and customer service experience. Should speaks and writes English clearly and succinctly, Drafts correspondence. Should be expert Microsoft Word; Microsoft Outlook, Intermediate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Will works with Technology Department to troubleshoot issues. Should be logical thinking. Conceptual thinking, understanding how one unique problem set is similar to another.
