Legal Secretary / Administrative Assistant Duties: Answering the phone. Managing attorney calendar. Making phone calls and drafting emails. Process mail and documents in an organized manner.
Qualifications: Computer literate (excellent typing skills, great phone personality, comfortable with outlook and word. Adobe and quickbooks a plus). A self-starter (proactive worker with good organizational skills and a positive attitude). Able to multitask (able to manage multiple projects and priorities and effectively complete tasks). Professional (well groomed, well spoken, able to diffuse stressful situations, and be part of the solution). Great communication skills (good at listening and comprehending, effectively communicates- spoken and written). A team player (can maintain positive inter-office communication and is willing and eager to help and pitch in where needed). Punctual and reliable (can be at work on time every day and abide by the attendance policy). A quick learner a people person.
