Plaintiffs' Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will handle multiple aspects of Plaintiffs' Personal Injury Litigation. Will draft petitions and discovery (reviewed by Attorneys), schedule depositions and mediations, assist Attorneys with Trials, handle client communication and correspondence, keep up with Statute list and other Paralegal duties. Candidate will work closely with 2 experienced and nice Attorneys. Should have 3 years of Personal Injury Paralegal Litigation experience, preferably 5 years or more. Candidates with 10 years or more experience are very much welcome to apply.
