Legal Secretary/assistant Part Time The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, a pleasant telephone demeanor, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task. Daily functions will include: Answering telephones, drafting correspondence and emails, and attorney litigation support. Will be required to perform various clerical duties and office upkeep functions, including but not limited to: filing, scanning, label making, trial binder creation, and overall organization of case files. Should have High School Diploma. Current college student or college degree preferred; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint; Proficient in Adobe; Interest in the legal field. Prior experience working in a law firm or office setting preferred.
