Transactional Paralegal The candidate will proof all types of documents. Perform legal research. Draft legal documents. Ensure client privacy and confidentiality. Review and analyze title reports and supporting documents for conformity to lender standards. Prepare lender's recording instructions and communicate with the title and escrow officers to ensure that the lender's requirements are met. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Paralegal Certificate is required. Basic knowledge of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) transactions (loans, acquisitions, leasing and entities) and language knowledge is preferred. Prior office work experience preferred. Knowledge of CRE transactional documents is preferred.
