Seeking Railroad Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of defense litigation. Candidate may be licensed attorneys in good standing in CO, NE, WY, or KS. Colorado licensed attorney in good standing; Civil litigation experience; Strong academic credentials; Trial experience preferred; Exceptional writing skills; Excellent research and analytical skills; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently and produce excellent work products; Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook (Microsoft Office 365 preferred). Experience defending railroad companies, FELA, and strong writing skills is preferred.
