Litigation Attorney The candidate will create relationships with clients and guide them through the case process. Will work with clients and medical providers with regard to medical treatment. Work with opposing counsel and the courts system. Research case law, statutes, jury verdicts, etc. Prepare demands, motions, discovery, disclosures, etc. Participate in mediations, depositions and trial. Must have 3+ years of experience as a personal injury attorney with a working knowledge of personal injury law in Colorado. CO Bar license is needed.
