Legal Secretary The candidate will be coordinating calendars, scheduling appointments, answering multiple telephone lines and corresponding with clients. Will be drafting documents, basic correspondence and engagement letters. Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills. Keeping files current and organized, including opening new files, running conflict checks and closing out old files once project is complete. Interacting with clients and professionals from other firms/businesses. Coordinate and manage document imaging, and corporate information database. Experience in scanning documents and working with .pdf s is needed. Proficient in Outlook email/calendar and MS Word experience required. Excel and PowerPoint experience is a bonus. Must be able to accurately type 60-80 WPM. Proficient in spelling, correct use of grammar and punctuation is needed.
