Family Law Paralegal Candidate will assist attorneys in all aspects of family law litigation from client intake through trial, including drafting pleadings, written discovery, and trial preparation, as well as assist with scheduling and maintaining the attorney calendar, updating client files, and working with our clients through each stage of the legal process. Must have 2+ years of paralegal experience in family law, a strong work ethic, excellent organizational and time management skills, exceptional communication and customer service skills, and a willingness to be part of a team.
