Health Law Paralegal The candidate will involves drafting basic pleadings; leading the efforts on medical record collections, review, summaries and analysis; working with experts to ensure they have what they need for their expert report; and assisting with medical literature research. This position will keep the case team focused on deadlines in a proactive manner and must be able to work on up to 20-30 cases at a time. Must be organized and have excellent writing and project management skills. Preferred candidates should have at least five years of litigation experience and value the client experience putting our clients (Major medical institutes) as their top priority. Experience with medical records (retrieval, summaries, analysis) is a plus.
