Medical Malpractice Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for a significant amount of file preparation, scheduling, docketing, drafting and working with large volumes of medical records. Will organize records, documents, correspondence, and files into a manageable format while also demonstrating excellent PC skills. Assist attorneys in drafting pleadings, disclosures and discovery requests while under close supervision. Must have 3-5 years of experience, preferably in medical malpractice. Working knowledge/experience with: MS Word, Outlook, LexisNexis and court filing docketing knowledge required. Experience with document management system needed.
