Family Law Paralegal The candidate will have an excellent opportunity to work in a mid-size law firm where dedication is recognized and ideas are welcomed. We are seeking a candidate with at least 5 years experience with Family Law. Will be responsible for supporting the attorneys for performing the following duties. Should be experienced litigation paralegal comfortable with preparing pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, motions, and trial-related documents; Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; Must have Paralegal certificate and/or at least five (5) years experience as Family Law paralegal; Should have experience with Lexis Nexis; must meet the requirements of Bus. & Prof. Code Section 6450(c); must be proficient in MS Office programs; Should have experience with Clio a plus.
