Part-time Intake Paralegal The candidate will join litigation boutique firm needs paralegal to screen initial potential clients and cases, primarily in connection with first-party property damage insurance claims, handles commercial litigation, energy litigation, trade secrets and intellectual property and other areas of civil litigation. The candidate must needs excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to self-start and work with limited supervision, flexibility, and sound judgment in performing initial case evaluations and making recommendations to firm attorneys. Civil litigation experience necessary.
