Corporate Attorney - Business and Real Estate The candidate will work closely with partners on a wide variety of corporate transactional matters, including advising companies of all sizes throughout all phases of business growth and development, mergers and acquisitions, commercial leasing and lending, and real estate and other commercial transactions. Should have 3 years of business, real estate, and/or commercial lending experience. Must have exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent research, drafting and writing skills are required. Should have skills of persuasion and negotiation. Experience drafting contracts and loan documents is required. must have Juris Doctor Degree from an ABA accredited law school; and Licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota or ability to become licensed in Minnesota within a few months.
