Legal Secretary The candidate transcribes dictation and formats letters, pleadings, and other forms. Prepares rough drafts, proofreads before finalizing legal documents. Properly files documents with correct parties. Continuously maintains files. Answers and screens calls for attorney, communicating with professionalism. Perform receptionist duties. Prepare invoices in QuickBooks. High school or equivalent experience is required. High school diploma degree is required. Should have 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience. Experience with QuickBooks is preferred. Experience with dictation is required.
