Legal Secretary The candidate must have experience assisting legal professionals in a high-energy environment. Proficiency with MS-Office applications Word and Outlook. Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint is preferred. Experience with state and and federal court electronic filing (CM/ECF) systems is needed. Insurance defense and/or complex litigation experience is must. Proficiency in transcription of electronic dictation is essential. Excellent spelling and grammar proofreading skills is required.
