Paralegal (LA Office) - Retail/Transportation The candidate will subpoena preparation and notices to consumer, medical records review and chronologies, witness interviews, deposition summaries, research, and handling of small claims matters. Organize and work up case for trial, issuing subpoenas, notices to attend, track witnesses, preparation of exhibit and witness lists and binders, preparation of CACIs, preparing discovery notebooks and trial notebooks. Should have 5-8 years of experience. Experience in electronic trial presentation software is a plus.
