Our Los Angeles office provides legal services to union workers and is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Immigration Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least two (2) years of experience in preparing USCIS family-based affirmative immigration filings, including consular processing, adjustment of status, naturalization, and others. Job Responsibilities: Prepare USCIS family-based affirmative immigration filings, including consular processing, adjustment of status, naturalization, and others. Perform document review and analysis. Communicate with clients, attorneys, paralegals, and support staff. Manage caseload effectively and efficiently. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and databases. Draft and prepare correspondence and legal documents. Job Requirements: At least two (2) years of experience in preparing USCIS family-based affirmative immigration filings. Bilingual in English/Spanish. Strong document review skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills. Excellent case management skills. Strong computer skills. Ability to interact effectively with clients, attorneys, paralegals, and support staff. Salary & Benefits: Law Firm offers a competitive salary ($20-$34 per hour depending on experience).
