Litigation Paralegal Candidate will focus on complex securities and commercial litigation. Paralegal Certification required. Prefer 5+ years federal and state litigation paralegal experience. Must be detail-oriented litigation paralegal who is proficient in administratively managing a caseload from inception through case disposition - including document and deadline management - and possesses excellent writing, inter-personal skills with the ability to communicate with clients on a daily basis through emails, telephone and office conferences. Must have a thorough working knowledge of Florida and federal civil litigation procedures and practices, be proficient at electronic filing in state and federal court with WordPerfect, Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, and discovery software.
