Associate Attorney - Labor and Employment The candidate will serve in legal research, drafting pleadings, taking and defending depositions, drafting and answering discovery, trial preparation, and trial assistance. Must have experience in filing pleadings with State and Federal courts and appearing in Court. Should have 2-3 years of litigation experience. Experience in Labor and Employment law is a plus, experience in Professional Liability, A&E, or D&O is also helpful. Must possess excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and must communicate with clients and colleagues effectively and in a timely manner. Admission to practice in the State of Pennsylvania is required, Admission to practice in New Jersey, or Delaware, is a plus. Must have graduated with a 3.2 law school GPA or higher.
