Legal Secretary - Business Law The candidate responsibilities include: Support for a busy partner in Business Law Practice Group, in connection with all aspects of corporate. Billing and support for firm administrative functions, all under short deadlines. File maintenance, transcription, entering time charges into the billing system as required. Updating and monitoring of attorney emails and calendar, scheduling meetings and conferences, interacting with clients, and responding to client requests and other duties assigned, all with a high level of attention to detail. Should have 3-5 years corporate law experience. Exceptional technical skills required, including knowledge of using styles in MS Word, Outlook, MacPac numbering, tables of content and electronic file management a plus.
