Paralegal The candidate should have construction litigation experience. Trial experience a plus. Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree and a Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program. The candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, a willingness to be hands-on, self-motivated, organized, detailed, familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Trial Director. Experience with Concordance, Relativity or other document review software is strongly preferred.
