Legal Secretary The candidate responsibilities will include word processing, filing, billing, time entry, answering telephones, faxing, scheduling meetings and conference rooms, making travel arrangements, submitting expenses, calendar maintenance and handling daily mail. Must have High School Diploma or equivalent. Should preferably have four year College degree. Must have 3-5 years of law firm experience, knowledge of real estate laws and transactions, real estate title and real estate closings. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is needed.
