Legal Secretary The candidate will handle responsibilities and duties include: Preparing motions, deposition notices, and other legal documents; Calendaring; Open new matters; Client and other counsel communications; Some office managerial responsibilities; Entry of attorney time in TimeSlips; and other duties as assigned. Should have 3+ years litigation secretarial experience. Must have good working knowledge of legal documents. Must be proficient with e-filing with federal and state courts. Note: This is a contract position.
