Litigation Legal Assistant/Paralegal The candidate will work in the areas of civil/commercial litigation. Will serve in e-filing; case processing; drafting pleadings, petitions, and basic discovery; correspondence with clients, opposing parties and counsel and court clerks; e-discovery; general administrative support; and familiarity with and understanding of general litigation process and terminology. B.A. or Associate Degree preferable. Should have 3+ years of litigation experience.
